Stability and Esterification Activity of Candida rugosa Lipase Immobilized on Celite with Acetone Solvent

چکیده

Abstract Candida rugosa lipase (CRL) is an enzyme that widely used in biopharmaceutical and biopesticide industries due to its high catalytic ability reusability. However, conditions from industrial processes are often outside CRL stability range may cause denaturation or destabilization of the enzyme, causing it be not reusable, hence lowering economic value. To increase activity, stability, reusability, can immobilized a matrix. In this study, was physically adsorbed onto Celite-545. The immobilization process done using buffer solution with addition acetone. influence initial concentration condition (time, temperature, pH) were optimized OFAT method. data taken terms esterification thermal protein content. result showed good biocatalysts activity at optimum supported efficiency Celite-545 as supports.
